My dear friends, I apologize for not responding on blogs the past week, and for no new posts, despite the voluminous activity in the international arena, and on our domestic political front.
I had a rather unfortunate health scare this week.
I had been on blood thinners, and I scraped my esophagus which caused me to bleed. I lost a significant amount of blood (estimated at between 4 and 5 pints) internally and have spent this week in the CCU.
I'm back though, and over the next week or so hope to catch up on all of your wonderful blogs, and post new articles here.
